Refund policy: If you are unhappy with the service you received, please let me know the reason at the time of your service. I will always do my best to take care of your concerns either that same day if time allows, or another scheduled day. If you leave the salon without informing me of your concerns or your dissatisfaction, or go beyond a 24 hour period after your appointment, you will not be refunded. This is also a case by case protocol. However, any appointment made where services are carried out you will not receive a refund. This is because you agreed to my services and time as soon as you booked an appointment, sat in my chair, finished consultation, and proceeded with the service.
Not refundable: Color corrections needing more than one session and are still in the process, hair damage that was already pre-existing prior to service with me, hair styling, cut or color you weren't used to, if you sit in my chair and mid-service start to dictate how you think I should do your hair and decide to cut my actual work before even finishing. etc.
